You keep 100% of the commission received minus a small administrative fee of $395 on the 1st closed transaction each month and then $295 on each additional closed transaction in the same month.*  This is a savings of $20,000 to $30,000 per year compared to most brokerages.

To be an associate of Family First Real Estate Group, you must possess:

1. At least 2 Years of Real Estate Sales Experience preferred.
2. Proven Track Record of Success
3. Average of 12 closings per year or more (exceptions made for the right agents).
4. Necessary Home Office Equipment 
   • Computer with on-line access (DSL or faster recommended) 
   • Fax machine 
   • Laser printer
